i stayed in again today. took a 3 hr nap and feel better.
i can even sit today.
tomorrow is haircut/errands. i'm starting to feel a lot better.

Well Judy dear~ glad to see that your'e feeling better. That's what we need; a happy, pain free Judy. I know that every day can throw us a new set of curve balls, but we just take one day at a time, and in my case, one step at a time.

i do feel better today. i went out for a haircut and my friend is coming over soon with a pizza and a movie.

we're going to see the batman movie, Dark Knight.

my state of better-ness is holding.
my massage went well without rebounding.

i even ran some errands and went out for a bagel and coffee.

now i'm home and going to lay down.
tomorrow i see my dr in her new practice. am looking forward to more than a harried 15" appt.

oh, did you guys see Boulder, CO on the news yesterday?
my brother and his family live in the area but thank God they were south of it all.

they had hurricane force winds which blew over a power line. the downed line started a fire and the winds whipped it over 3500 acres.

3 home were destroyed and they did reverse 911 calls to evacuate people.
thankfully no lives were lost. the winds died down today and i believe the fire is controlled. yikes.

TWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET! I'm here Judy dear! I'm taking a break from cleaning. YUCK! I can't seem to even dustmop w/o my back aching. I am going to try and be more positive, but pain seems to bring out stress in me. I also have a blasted earache that kept me up quite a bit last night!!!

What did I just say about being ''positive???" Oh well~ I'm glad your massage went well; I'm in dire need of one, but just haven't taken the time to schedule one for fear that I won't be able to keep it. DS is having tests on Mon and he is having alot of pain. The Dr is fearing Diverticulitis w/the L lower quadrant pain. I'm tired of jacking around!!! I want answers like yesterday!!! WHEW~ guess I needed that lil ole vent.

Seems like much of the country is having weather problems. It is kind of scary thinking of all the mess alot of people are in b/c of it.

Take care dear Judy~ Let us know how your Dr appt goes and as always, I'm thinking of you w/warm fuzzy thoughts. You still ROCK!!
