Thumbs up Come in everybody, time to get serious~

I'm here Curious, but this thread took forever to come up. I have eat so well this summer, I am afraid to weigh. I just seen this today tho! Thanks. Curious, I got a little something for you:
5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

1 Coffee Mug
4 tablespoons cake flour (that’s plain flour, not self-raising)
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips(optional)
a small splash of vanilla essence

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well
Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla essence, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don’t be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
EAT! (this can serve 2)
And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world? Because now we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night!
Hope all is well and happy. Have a good evening.
Blessings,
Billie

ty billie. i'm going to try and see if substituting applesauce for the oil tastes good. i do that for most cakes. it looks like a fun reciipe to play with. honestly it's a good idea. way better choice than making a a whole pan!

Hi all

I am back, my internet was down for over 3 weeks. Thanks to it needing
to switch lines. But it sure was a headache.

I'm still losing but I'm stuck at around 138 I think. I fluctuate to much
still to my satisfaction. And I had my catherization while I was off
and my heart is fine. So that is good news.

I'm back as of yesterday to working out. And while I'm trying to clean
my house, I got into big trouble today. My husband had left something
in a big garbage bag. Turned out it wasn't the garbage bag I had trash
in. Opps. Well I'm trying get rid of nats I think and they are really bad.

I've been working really hard and asking for help. Well I'm not getting
any and I'm having neck surgery again next week, and its not going
to be time to see all the little creatures. So I really want to clear it
up.

So I thought I'd tackle it good. He had taken my trash out, and had
a trash bag of coffee and coffee creamer in litte bags I guess. Just
didn't tell me.

Oops, my bad, now with lots of bad things from under the sink too.
I was so proud of my cleaning under the sink.

Uggs. I was trying so hard. I'd go out and try to replace, it but
I can't.

Donna

well... now that fall is here and the rains have started - I'll need to get back on the wagon here LOL.
I did manage to lose 5 lbs from all our projects this summer.
Gonna try to keep at it.

I'm really going to be serious about change this year - fitness, overall health and healthy eating and with those should come weight loss.

got my blood test results and everything looks fine except the cholesterol & triglyceride levels

So Oatmeal or fiber cereal every morning
vitamins
water
exercise mid morning
add in many more veggies - cooked & raw
light lunch
more water, tea or diluted juices
water
early light dinner - eat before 7:00 pm
stretches in the evening
water

I'm going to use the smaller plate method to help with serving portions, i grew up in the clean your plate generation- so if my plate is smaller...
