I spoke to froglady last night and she said, to tell you her computer got messed up by her grand daughter. She will come in and tell you how she did it, as soon as she can. She is still losing and I am so proud of her.....

Charlie, I quit smoking in 1978. You can make it. I can say, it will bother you for a long time. Just keep up the good work! Keep on, and let us know how you are doing. I did gain weight when I quit. You can do it!!!!!
