Good after noon!
WEll the whole diet thing just was a disaster this last week.....
Monday I promise to start all over again...
I ate all of the chocolate...so that is no longer a temptation....
The house is alot cleaner though...hubby and I worked together to do some cleaning...It was filthy!...the top of the refridgerator was black....
I hope that you are enjoying the rest of your weekend...
WE watched the animated movie last night Monster house...Great fun!

hi bizi

we all fall off or into the candy wagon once in awhile. i bet you burned up lots of calories cleaning house!

we all need to band together with the holidays coming. all the traditional baking..parties...it can be a rough time. might be a good time to start sharing some lowfat/lower cal recipes.

i make a point of eating something small about 2 hours before we go to a party. even just an apple helps cut my cravings for all the snacks. we don't drink alcohol, so i don't worry about those jam packed calories.

i hoe you have an awesome monday. are you going to the gym?

hi there curious!
yes I am still going to the gym...which is great but somehow it is like a permission slip to eat what ever I want to eat now.
bad train of thought....
I will do better eating wise tomorrow...
Great suggestion about eating before you go to a party.
I ususally eat something too because some times ya never really know when they are going to serve dinner!
and I don't do well with having a low blood sugar...
Do you work out in the mornings as well?

Hi Bizi and Curious,

Bizi, I messed up today and bought chocolate kisses at the grocery store.
It sounds like you got a lot done around the house which must make you feel good.

Curious, your idea is a great one. I hope to volunteer in a nursing home for the Holidays but there may be goodies there for me to eat so I'd better be prepared.

hi yall
I started the south beach diet a few days ago. i think it is what I need but I hate it. I am have nausea and just feel like terrible. Trying to stick with it

you should notbe experiencing nausea on this diet.
Perhaps you have picked up a touch of the flu somewhere?
Let us know how it is going!

hiya bizi

i'm am workout person. speeds up my metobolism and gives me energy for the day. i do extra stuff during the day. squats or leg lifts while io brush my teeth...arm circles while i wait for pages to load on dial up. any little thing helps.

mrsq...like bizi said, you shouldn't be nauseated from a diet. you might not be getting enough food. then the your blood sugar will drop. some of the high protein diets can do this to you too.

fiber fills you up. good tips bizi. i love all the flavored low carb low fat tortilla's, mmmm....rollups!
