Time is just humming along, isn't it? It will be Thanksgiving & Christmas before we know it! I can't think that far ahead. I am barely keeping up now.
It sounds like we aren't losing either, none of us. Why don't we really work on losing 1 or 2 pounds, just so we can come on here and brag about it. Be honest now! THtat is the first requirment. I bought me a pedameter and I walked 4.55 Saturday. I just love the challenge of seeing the number going up. Good luck! Go out and make this a good day. Hugs, Billie |

Hi Billie,
I went to the grocery store this morning to get stuff for my diet. So starting today I'll be getting serious. I made a challenge on WW online that I would lose 5 pounds by Thanksgiving so I need to get serious. befuddled2 |

5 by turkey day. i also am putting on the www that i will start my day with breakfast. yogurt and a piece of fruit. i rush tush to everyone where they are supposed to be. cook them breakfast. pack all the lunchs ( and other meals if hubby has an extra long day) and i don't eat myself. bad monkey. befuddled. i know you are a choccy lover like me. treat yourself. don't deny. just a little piece. you will feel good about yourself forhaving earned it...plus the fact that you didn't over indulge. whish forme will happen if i tell myself i CAN'T have it. i also keep the itty bitty size pieces of like snickers, milky way...in the freezer. takes longer to chew those frozen bits. ((((((billie)))))) for being our cheerleader!! rah rah!
