Default how much do you weigh?

you probably wont say

i think im 25 pounds overweight- 5 9 190 lbs

i hate it when people say 10 or 30 isnt too bad -it sure feels like it

then if you 70 or 200 overwight its worse but you dont need to hear this -why am i posting this?

maybe high fructose made people heavy

do you lose weight and put it back on?

5'6", 216 1/2. Out to lose another 70-ish or so. I started out with WW last year, in August, at 305, so I'm losin' at a good clip.

I want to lose about 2 more inches off my rear/hips/thighs and about 10 more pounds.
It will probably a life long endeavor.

I want to get about 5 inches taller so I will be at the right height for my weight

I am about 80 pounds over what I should be. I am actually 5'9" so getting taller is out of the question

And yes I gain and lose the same 10 pounds over and over...Sue

I'm the big 5-0, 5'8 1/2" (used to be 5'10") and Chinese water torture doesn't get my weight outta me. I even refuse the scale at regular GP visits. My sister told me about that one!

I've been battling weight all of my life. I lost 60 pounds at WW 25 years ago and was 10 pounds to goal when I quit. Yeah, I know....... I thought I could do the rest myself. Let this be a lesson folks... YA CAN'T!!!

I'm not quite back there, but I have 40 pounds right now that just don't want to leave me. They just love it here. They get fed well--or I should say USED to get fed well.

We're going to lose those little puppies, and not find them again!!! Together! We'll pack them all up and drive them into oblivion!
OK, so maybe I'm under the influence of my injections this morning yet, but you get the idea!
Hugs,
LS

Good for you!
I started WW 12 weeks ago and weighed in at 233. I am now down to 215 and granted have a long way to go - target weight of 175. But I am losing a fair amount each week. I am proud of myself 'cause I am in a wheelchair full time.
