Hello I'm donna, as many of you know.

I'm working on my weight and my blood sugar. And exercising is in the
plan. Derrick and I have a membership for a club but its hard to remember to get there but I'm working on restarting to get there more. I need the hot tub
for me too.

And I'm working on getting a dietician for me soon too.

since they got my blood panel results - they will most likely press me to take a cholesterol med
but if I suggest we work on the weight first and see if any improvement in my #'s????.

so that's my plan, eigther that, or buy an elliptical or treadmill for here - but it's to easy to ignore it and we just don't have room for one.

If I go to the drs gym/PT place I'll feel like I have to get my moneys worth.

Jo, try excerise and a diet change before the meds. Frank has seen some great results.

The little bit of gas to go workout would be less than what your electric bill for the cardio equipment. They can use more than running a dryer. Plus you are paying for the square footage to "house" it.

Hello friends! I am going to lurk here if you don't mind. I think you all are doing a great thing in wanting to pursue a healthier lifestyle. Even though I don't have weight to lose, (please don't hurt me ) I was a member of WW's for many years and learned so much from them.

Do I fall off the wagon and eat too much chocolate, pizza etc? You bet I do, so if you don't mind me peeking in on your social group once in a while, this old dog may be able to learn a few new tricks from you all. I will be your silent cheerleader.

Good luck everyone and even though I'm not dieting, it doesn't give me cart blanche to eat poorly.
