Unhappy Saturday Roll Call/Check In

Good Morning All;

Just don't look at the date/time stamp on this message because I cheated - just a little. I figured that since we haven't been too consistent with Roll Call these days I would just start one early.

Does anyone have exciting plans for this week-end?
And how is the weather? I have not felt well these past
days, a combo of my fibro and my peripheral neuropathy. But I still did some excercising but found out later I should not have. Stupid pain! Stupid me.

Well, let's hear from lots of people today.

Love ya,
Nancy-H

Default Good Morning Nancy~

My plans include having company over tonight and tomorrow. Tonights is business tho, since I sold the farm home. We are going to seal the deal tonight.

Slowly, I am getting the farm cleaning up done. I've geting used to the town life. Bear likes it too. I just wish I was't so tired from it!

My GP told me whatever I was doing, keep it up. My sugar count was down to 5.8. Thats very good for me. I was so afraid I was going to be very high, cause I have been eating anything. He said, whatever I was doing, was working for me. I said that would be work! He thought that was great. I survived getting the splinter cut out. I haven't looked at it yet today. I had to have a tetnis shot and everthing.

Well I got tons of work today to do, so I better get at it.
Much Love,
Billiie

Hi BS, BC & hopefully more to check in~
I'm around today. Well, right now I'm watching Pink Panther, feeding Baby Anna her bottle of invisible milk, and listening to Hailey "read" her book. We're kinda hanging low this morning--gramma got woken up at 5:38 with a migraine..... but, it's better now--just the "after effects" as I call it.

Later this afternoon, I'm not sure. We'll probably clean the house. She loves to help clean--she's too young to know it's work, and not really fun! Maybe bake some cookies later, dunno. Gotta see how the body feels......

There. My Saturday, in a nutshell. Gotta go---MY turn to read.
Hugs,
Jan
PS--Hey FL--what's Zoe think of the "New You"? I mean, jeesh, doesn't he fall off your lap now that there's less lap to sit on than this old pic??

And, and.... some days don't ya just wonder 'bout things? Maybe it's NOT all cuz of my blondness afterall.....

Hi Nancy, Billie and Jan.

Nancy, the weather here in Viriginia is a lovely crisp day, just the way I like it.

Billie, that is good to hear your sugar is down.

Jan, your images are very creative.

I have been busy today with grocery shopping and straightening my house up for company at 6. I was going to take some pictures of my neighbor's wrestling matches but I could not get close enough. I need to read up on my digital camera and figure out how to zoom in.

Hi befuddled~
I can't take credit for most of them. I find a lot of them on the internet. I only do the ones relating to our group, I think that's all I do..... maybe a few other ones, but most of them I find. Some of them just make me giggle--but I have a warped sense of humor.... take care! I just feel like hugging you cuz you're going through a lot of crap--and I've been there. Hang tight and remember we're here for ya!
Hugs,
LS
PS--I think these are like BS's doggies.....

Arrow I think we are missing some people~

I just typed a big message and lost it. I had the couple that bought my farm over tonight. They are so nice. I don't feel bad at all selling to them. They are planning on raising their family there. If I were to go out and find the nicest couple to buy the farm, I couldn't of picked a nicer couple. God is so good. I don't dread leaving at all. I think they might take my cats. I plan on bringing 2 here and if I can't find homes for them leave a couple 20 pounds of food with them and maybe they will keep them. I just can't bring a bunch in here. I live by the school and there are buses and I also live one block from a highway. My animals aren't used to that. They could get runned over. The two I bring here will be in a building until tame and I won't let them out. I have a place ready for them. Just waiting until Thanksgiving is over.

It is good to hear from you Jan. I hope you are feeling ok. You really have a gift for cheering up people. Your gift for grafic's (sp) is out of this world. You know I think your special. Remember all the emails we sent getting to know each other? You are an angel, my friend.

befuddled2, it is good to hear from you to. It is getting real cold here. Suppose to snow tomorrow. I dread that. I blew some leaves around today and about froze. I wonder if Sue is around. Gaye we would like you to post
too. Please don't be offended if I don't mention your name. Its hard for me to remember anything. Take care and Hugs for all.
Billie

Default Those are exactly like my weiner dog!

Jan;

My "Tootsie" is so excited to have a picture of her siblings on Braintalk! She did her happy dance which starts with running in circles and then taking off through the house and back. And, she is fast!

Oh - just saw on TV the Cruise wedding. 2.5 million dollars spent on a wedding!!! Sure wish someone would give 2.5 million dollars to study peripheral neuropathy! On well, if you have that much money you may as well spend it.

Anyway - thanks little sister - the doggie pictures made my day.

You are MY angel Billie! I'm glad everything went well with the sale of your farm! That's one less thing for you to worry about. Baby steps. Love ya!

I'm here. Better late than never right? It's been a busy weekend here and it is only half over. Hubby is off today so when he is home we are busier than normal. We grilled some steaks tonight and we just got through watching a movie.

I went a got a hair cut this afternoon and it turned out real nice. This girl has been cutting my daughters hair and does sucha good job I thought I would give her a try. SHe works at one of the cheap hair places that only costs 12.50 for a haircut and I was paying 45.00 at the other lady I used to see and this girl is better. SO I gave her a big tip and told her how much I liked her.

It sounds like we are all having a good weekend so I say "keep it up" See ya'all tomorrow...SUe
