i love download.com thanks for the links jo.

they have free bmi software. bmi isn't real accurate, but it will give you a guidline. my hubby...on bmi charts...he is obese. his body fat is about 5-7% because it just asks for weight and height..it doesn't take into account lean muscle or body fat.
