Okay, what did everyone decide to take a break till I could get back
on.

I've been gone for a good reason. I had surgery on 2-4-09, was in the hospital till 2-7-09 and have to admit I wish I'd stayed off the scales
for awhile. Till I reallized it was the fact I was holding my Poop in.

UGh, but I've gone down from around 236 to 231 I think. I am not exactly
weighing myself daily right now. So its close.

Hey everyone!! I have not been in for a while....I started smoking again:(as I gained 8 pounds in the 5 weeks I had quit. I have lost 4...I am at 196 again...oh to hit 189...that would be good. That is my goal for now...7 pounds.....I will PRETEND that that is my ideal weight for now!! Hope everyone is doing OK:grouphug:

HI All,

Sorry I have not poseted in a while, I have been feeling under the weather.

I have been feeling so cruddy that last week I felt I needed major diet changes and it was about time I really tried not half tried.

So I gave up everything white...no sugar, no flour, no milk, no white rice (brown ok), no candy, no pasta. I even decided no fruit for one month.

Just protein and healthy vegetable carbs.

And so far 1.5 weeks in I am down 4 lbs this morning! :D I am sure some of that was bloating but even DH said you look skinnier.

Hoping I can keep this up.
