Good to see ya Shelley

And I've been climbing some bleachers, and handing out basketball outfits
for Derrick's foundation basketball team. Just a little walking that way.

Need to get in some more exercise but thats it for me today.

Had a bowl of potato soup with vegatables in it for lunch. Got up to
late for breakfast, been a long afternoon. Just getting ready to find
some cottage cheese for supper. Not sure what else.

Ok I gave yesterday my last hurrah and ate anything I wanted. Still held steady at 146.4 this morning.

Today started the weight loss off with oatmeal with nuts and dried fruit and green tea.

I really want to accomplish this goal this year.

I managed 3.5 miles on the treadmill today. I forgot to weigh this morning, so I'm unsure about that.

Where did everyone go?

I had to go in to town yesterday to do stuff for my daughter. We still had ice on the trees. When I got home my legs were hurting bad. Not from exercising or anything like that. I guess it was the weather.

I made myself do a mile on the treadmill. That was all I could do with my legs hurting so bad. Within an hour, my whole body hurt. I began to think I was getting the flu. This morning, I'm fine. So I guess it was the cold causing the pain.

I did 4 miles on the treadmill this morning. Just played tether ball with my daughter.

I've had soup today for 150 calories.

I'm unsure about my weight. My scales are acting screwy. I got on this morning and it said 171. Before I got on the treadmill it said 172.5
Before my shower it said 172.5. I got off the scales and got back on. It said 172. I got off and got back on. It said 171.5 . So I got off and tried again. This time it was 171.

I already told my hubby we needed to buy new scales. These are driving me nuts.
I did measure my waist today. I started out at a 40 inch waist and today it was 38. So kewl.

Let me hear from you guys.

I'm here Day. Been a busy few days.

Be sure not to keep your scale in the bathroom. The humidity rusts the inside springs. Even the digital.

Always place your scale on the same hard surface each time you weigh. a floor being slightly off level can effect the accuracy. That way if it;s off, it stays the same bit off.

I am strying to eat more. Weird huh? I don't eat enough and that has slowed my metabolsim. When I eat first thing, whch is hard for me, them I am revvvvvvved up and burning calories all day.

Water water water.

Okay I believe I might weigh 236.8 today. My scales say that for the
second day. So maybe I've gone down 2 lbs. Wow, now that is just
for the 2 days. I'll probably be back up in a couple days.

But that is okay, I'm just trying to get back in the swing. Have some
exercises for my shoulder, and added weights for my ankles. Not the
correct exercises some think of. But I need stronger ankles.

And my shoulder has bursitis.

I didn't know that about scales. I always keep them in the bathroom.
Next set is not going in the bathroom.(*DAY contemplating where to put them*)

I'm sure craving Chocolate right now. I could eat half a Chocolate cake right now. I'm being good though. Fruit doesn't sound good. Popcorn doesn't sound good.

Not sure what I will eat.

A mint...piece of gum? Popcycle...

I weigh in my bathroom, but keep my scale under my bed. I just slide it out and into the bathroom. It does keep me from hopping on it more than once a day.

Cinnamon supplements cut sweet cravings. We have a few threads about it. Links to sources. I'll try and pull some up. Total life saver for me. Very rarely do I crave any sweet now.

I had tons of account stuff to do today. I did take breaks and had burst of house cleaning energy. I'm sure I'll pay for it tomorrow. I just couldn't look at the dirty ceiling fan in the livingroom another minute.

Drank lots of water and hot herb teas. Decaf.
