Default Green Smoothies

I was surfing the net this afternoon and came upon this site. It looks very interesting and so here I am. I am wondering if there is anyone out there, and specifically in the prairie provinces of Canada, that are following a Green Smoothie a day eating habit. I would love to hear from you as I have been doing it for a couple of months now and am looking for like-minded individuals to share successes and struggles with.
