Good Moning to all! Are you going shopping today? I get up earily enough, but not planning it.

My arm is still hurting. I don't know what to do. I tried sleeping with the gel pack, but don't think it stayed on to good.

I am trying to put a picture on here. I have lost the ability to put them on as an attachment. What has gone wrong Jan? If this doesn't work pay no attention to the numbers. It didn't work! my computer is blocking attachments for some reason.

I'm sorry to hear that your arm is still hurting Billie. Mr.Alffe got a pneumonia shot last week and it hurt and swelled but only lasted two days and is now fine. I'd still try to call the dr. if I were you....or do you have ask a nurse line?
You might try a pkg. of frozen peas on it...course you'd have to sit around and I know you don't do that well.

Bizi I'm glad to hear that the spinich was good...I never thought of the eggs but should have.....corn souffle!! why not spinich. *grin
