Arrow Water..Let's get Hydrated. :D

When It's cold, we tend to not drink as much water.

We all know how important it is to drink water.

This thread is for a reminder. Everyday there will be posts to Drink Up!

Hit the Thank You button on the person's post who did the reminding.

If you are not usually a water drinker, start small. Get out a measuing cup (which we all need to keep a set out and handy), try using 1/4 C, 1/3 C/ or 1/2 C, if you don't think you can drink a full 8oz cup. Warm it up if that helps.

Drinking some is better than nothing!

Drinking juice adds calories and carbs. Try and find the Diet ones. Chrystal Light type of drinks are good alternative, so are herbal teas. Soda's are weight gainers. Cut them wayyyy way back or stop drinking them.

Down the hatch! Drink UP!

When I was going to the weight loss clinic they told me to drink 8 (8oz) glasses of water a day. Then one glass for every 25 lbs you are over weight. So that made me have to drink 10 glasses a day.

I often get that Arizona Diet Peach tea...it is very good and easy...its premade.
I buy lots of other herbal teas...I'm trying to use less and less of the "fake" sugar.
There's also the new Truvia...said to be much more natural.
However, like Curious says, water is best...always trying to get that in.

Plain water is best, but the tea and Chrystal light are good choices. Try not to have your fluids in "drinks". Even if you are just taking a sip or 2 of water when you mix up the tea.

It's important to keep your fluid up. Add ice cubes to cold drinks.
