Red face Knee and foot pain

I've been walking since the 26th of December. Now suddenly it hurts to walk.
On Monday I was on the treadmill when I started getting sharp pains on the inside of my foot. I forced myself to finish up 3 miles.

Tuesday my foot hurt to just walk across the floor. I decided to rest it and not get on the treadmill. Then I noticed my knee hurting.
I didn't get on the treadmill on Wednesday either.

Today I got back on the treadmill. I was hurting with the first few steps.
I forced myself to do a mile, but didn't push it beyond that.

Anyone have any ideas on this? I don't want to have to go to the doctor. They will just say "stay off the treadmill and it won't hurt"

I don't know if I should just push through it and work out anyway or is I should just do something else.
I feel good when I walk. I hate to give it up.
