Arrow Daily Food Journals

An on going thread for those who want to journal their food intake.

Keep it real.

If you ate it, post it. if you don't know exact amount, guess. Try and be aware of how much or how many you ate.

Don't expect to be coddled if you go to a drive through and super size it. You'll get suggestions on what you can do differntly next time.

It's a thread for everyone to help make wise and healthy choices. For us to look back on, to see what progress we have made.

Just gotta get this down somewhere...cause I usually journal my food and actually this week, I didn't do that.
I don't want to give anyone the wrong idea about this. Actually, journaling helps me significantly.
This week I have eaten fairly well each day. I have weighed myself daily and seem to have lost about .2 pounds up until this morning...then I dropped more! I got on the scale this morning...and there was another 1.2 weight loss! I'm not sure what happened...but I'm really happy about it! So far this week, I've lost 1.4 pounds. This was yesterday's food intake...

Breakfast:
1 small piece of low fat cheese
1 small plain yogurt
Lunch:
1 large bowl of vegetable soup
2 thin slices of lean roast beef
Dinner:
1 small chicken breast
Large portion of mixed veggies
Snack:
1 small apple and some grapes

I also had several coffees w/ a small amount of this new Italian Creamer we found...yummy...but probably a little high in calories and not super healthy...but certainly fun!

I am going back to journaling...I feel like I have more control when I do that.
