Default Gosh I went to have surgery, and everyone leaves!!!

Okay I need everyone to come back. I can't lose weight, live a healthy life,
and make sure I am recovering from my double surgery without your help.

Its been two weeks since I had surgery, but I didn't expect to come back to a dead room. And to top it off I even went through extra days in the hospital just so I could make sure I was well when I returned.

So come on, I need everyone to start returning, and helping me get back
to healthy living. I was going down in weight and I am determined to start
going down again.

So lets get back to it.

LOL,
how are you doing now?
i was having PT for my back, then got a bit of the flu bug, then got a gig cleaning a rental house, my tummy is still not quite right - so I've been out of the loop for weeks too.
Drinking quite a bit of tea, helps the tummy..

Hate to admit right now my plan is to keep recuperating. I seem
to need to keep resting more than I thought.

I found out today that I just am so tired. And need to keep waiting
to do to much. I am really upset I can't seem to get back into
exercising. But hopefully soon.

Hey Donna! Glad the surgery is over and your'e on the mend. As for getting back into an exercise routine, what does your Dr say? Just remember to start out s l o w and keep hydrated. Even exercises done from a chair are a good start or just walking a little bit at a time. You can add as you feel up to it. I've been eating way crazy myself, so need to concentrate on eating less sweets and more fiber. No fun!!!!

Glad to have ya back and posting!
