Default Great book and program for pain & wellness
I've been told about this book 3 times by three different people now, so I'm going to get it. If you look it up online, you'll find some excellent reviews and testimonies with results (results from those who bought it AND read it AND applied the program).

I would like to know if you ended up getting this book. And if its a good read.
Easy to understand and helpful.

I'm working on getting through pain issues, and weight loss both right now.
And exercising is almost impossible at times.

Hey, Donna, I ordered it and then cancelled for now, I'm in the process of packing and the books are done. When I get to (???) I'll definitely be ordering it.

If you go to their website you can see a lot of demos and read more about the approach. My brother is very, very piqued for this program, he's not a pushover, and he tells me it's helping him a great deal.
