May not have made sense. My weight had been sitting right at
233 and sitting steady. Its right on the verge of 228 now and
steady. This is good to me. I'm hoping to hit 220 by the first
of May. Yes its a early goal but one I'd love to hit.

Well its May 18th and I'm down to 225 and I'm happy. I didn't hit the
goal I had set. But then I haven't been working on my eating and watching
my diabetes very well either. I have no energy, I'm working on it.

Default Donna's weight loss, not going down fast

Donna is in a slow zone. Can't seem to beat the fact that my feet
and legs are in pain.

But I'm still losing or staying the same haven't touched a scale in
a long time. Not wanting to see no more loss.

But I'm not gaining so that is okay. My clothes aren't fitting so
I had to get some smaller things so I know its good.

This slow and slower losing is getting on my nerves.
I started out great. I lost 5 lbs the first week. Second week I lost 2. Last week I lost 1.3 lbs. Now I seem to be stuck. I'm doing everything I'm suppose too yet I'm not losing. GRRRRRRRRRRR I don't know what to do now.

It's making me want to be naughty. Making me think of eating a bag of donuts.
I haven't, but it's making me want too.

Donna, you are doing great. Keep it up.

Day1

Sometimes you just have to give in to the temptation so that you
can get back on the losing side. NOt that I'm saying eat a whole
bag of donuts. But maybe a few.

I know that I love treats but I'm trying to eat just a few.

Diabetes is making it easier to stay away from them too.

Heart To Donna

Donna, you can make it! Move all you can, even if it's just jiggling your feet. The more movement the better! Fruits and veggies. If you can cook, your lucky in this regard - I can't and have to eat ready-to-eat food which often isn't low-cal. Best of luck, love and empathy billie bluecat

Found my old thread, seems I was off a little. Makes me feel even
better.

I knew it was at least 30 pounds. But I didn't want to think I was
that close to 250.
