Default Weight :3/3/09 gone down from 249 to ?

Hi, I need to start this for my own encouragement. So please if you would like to respond its fine. If not its fine too. But I am finding it hard to lose the weight I need to, to live a healthy life.

So I'm going to celebrate the milestones. Today's is this:
Doctor's Office weight with shoes 234.2
Home with out shoes 230.0

Now my new goal is to get to 220 on my scales. I haven't set a date. I'm
not setting myself up for failure. I wish like on another site I used to belong
to, I knew how to make a chart at the bottom but I don't.

My ultimate goal is 180. But I'm shooting for 220 now.

I don't know my actual weight and I don't want to. I'm always +/- 5 or so from my target of 175. If I had to venture a guess, I'd say I'm about 178 right now, my jeans seem to think so, anyway.

My all time high was 262, that was almost 17 years ago and I ain't going back!

Well I will continue to work down. Today I've had a rough feeling
day. I haven't felt good so I've spent most of the day in bed.

{{{{{{{{{{{{GREAT BIG HUGS DONNA}}}}}}}}}}}}

Sounds like you're doing great with your weight loss.

I am losing too, yet will NOT weigh my self anymore. It causes me to either get upset due to not enough lost, or else makes me think I'm doing so good I can slip a little. I had already decided a while back to let my clothes size be my guide to letting me know I am. That is why I haven't told anyone and also I have very recently started back on a plan. Someone had a thing about putting on your big girl pants and it tickeled me cause I am waiting for MY BIG PANTIES TO FALL! They will, if I lose enought weight. LOL
Hugs again and feel better real quick, froggie

Thanks Froggie

I like your ideas. And I only weigh myself a few times.

And mainly when I'm in a doctor's office. heehee

I need to get some salad food, and some things like that.

I've been eating some other things that are good for me.

Like fruits.

Donna, I can eat some green raw things along with carrots...if I dip them in a little Ranch dressing. Trouble is I forget to eat them and also forget to drink my skim milk daily. Need to get into a better habbit. Don't eat any junk foods, which is good and I hope I don't start back.
Still losing and can see a little difference. Am going to donate my nice size 3 blouseI got at Goodwill back to them. Yippee!

I had a appt with my primary today. I weighed 233 today.

I think this was okay. I am having problems with my sinus's.
And also found out I definately have diabetes so I'm going
to be going to the regional diabetes center to learn about it.

I need this to understand everything.
