Lets have a check in.
It is cold here this morning, in the 20's I think last night. I need to get back with the program of going to the gym...I need to get some warm up outfit to wear there. We want to hear from you. So.... Yoo-Hoo....anybody home? bizi

I just got back from Curves, first went to the post office to mail the out of town Christmas gifts. Worked up an appetite..
 Mr.Alffe is at the elementary school reading with a little boy...I'm trying to wait until he gets home to eat lunch.*whisper...in the freezer, while digging for some hamburger, I discovered one of those decadent cinnemon bagels from Panera Bread....~sigh
