I am already at the upper limit of what I consider acceptable. I eat a very healthy diet, and the hard winter has been brutal to find ways to get and stay active. I have been feeling quite stretched in my jeans lately, and admit, I have been wearing my elastic waist pants. They are stylish and comfy, but dont help you keep an eye on that waistline. I popped on my jeans yesterday, and ...had to really stretch to button them! I stepped on the scale and there it was...5 full pounds! How??!! I havent changed my diet. I have been out of bed more. I have been working hard to get up, and stay up. I am crushed. My weight goes up one pound or down one pound, and to see a full 5 riding on me! ACK!
What can I do to wiggle this 5 back off of me? I must be increasing my portions since getting up and out of bed. I think I need to restart a food journal. You would know that I am going to visit out of state inlaws this weekend. perfect timing! boo hoo waaaah!
