Default About the brown rice

Hi,
I was thinking I should say a bit about why it may be that brown rice works. By that I mean, that I can eat tons of it and lose weight.

They've changed the data base at Eat Right for Your Blood Type, which is where the woman sent me. The woman who told me about brown rice. So it doesn't seem to say quite what it used to.

What I remember it saying was that some foods produce a sort of cellular swelling. Brown rice isn't one of them.

I was scepticle, of course.

But after I'd been eating it I noticed that my ankles weren't swollen any more. This was years ago, before I got the tetanus, but after I'd been living in the hydrogen sulfide.

The other really phenomenal thing about brown rice, for me, is that it TOTALLY changed my gastrointestinal health. Major.

I used to have so much trouble with diarrhea. When I eat brown rice. Not. None at all. I had no idea that was possible. The doctor had told me that diarrhea was common with pernicious anemia and I would just have to learn to live with it like everyone else.

Well, the brown rice changed that.

So, I'm just saying... it may be worth a try.

I don't know if you'd be offended by my weight loss page. I have a lot of links to clothes on it because it helps me to imagine myself smaller and looking like the models in the clothes.

Here's the link:

I myself love the quotes on the page...
