Smirk Has anyone a member of BIggest Loser Club? o

Just wondered if anyone here has tried the at-home program of the Biggest Loser Club? I want to join.. I need to lose over 120 pounds ... but I just read where one of the contestants from the prior season has gained back over 100 of his pounds after being at home.. So I guess I need to know if anyone has joined this club, what it's like, what type of success (or failure) you encountered.. before I invest the money... Is the program geared for the young or older (I am 55)... I need and want to be healthy for the rest of my life.. (I didnt gain the weight until I went thru menopause and quit smoking in 2001). Biggest Loser looked like it was a good program.. but all the programs usually "look" great. Thanks!

I would say give weight loss a try with us here. I am working through it now.
I've lost 22 pounds and am still going. Not sure exactly how I'm doing it.
Just eating healthier, I was also diagnosed with diabetes and sometimes
swear that my mediformin is helping me lose.
