Arrow Good Book -The Ultimate Metabolism Diet

Has some quizzes to take to find out your metabolic type and specific suggestions for each type.

Carbohydrate Sensitivity

Metabolic Syndrome

Hormonal Imbalances

Food Hypersensitivities

Weight Gain with Chronic Illness and Impaired Liver Detoxification

Dealing Effectively with Emotional Eating

*********************************************
I just got started reading it {library book} but a few of the types fit for me .
It says to address metabolic syndrome first if that is a type for you, and it is for me , so I'll be working on that first.

*the book is by Scott Rigden, MD {specializing in bariatrics & nutritional approaches for chronic illness}*
