Me, Im down 45 pounds all total. I lost five while I had the flu, it really
worked out as I had hit a plateau.lol

My ds20 comes home from school today and we will be at my Uncles for
the day. All 37 of us! Its been a long time since everyone has
been all together so Im really looking foreward to it.

Hey all! I've lost 3 pounds putting up holiday lights. LOL I kept forgetting to eat throughout the day. Not good, but I'll take it.

Everyone have a blessed day tomorrow. I am thankful for so many things, one being Jim's good health and my mom surviving this last crisis. Hopefully we'll have her home with us soon.

i almost didn't get my L3-5 injections today. for that i am grateful as i really needed them. i called my friend yesterday afternoon to remind her about the pick up time. she called me back at 8 pm! and told me she couldn't do it. her dh was having surgery the next day at one. i thought we had this on the calendar. i remember she told me her dh might have surgery but i just thought she would have called me.

i really thought i'd have to cx it. but i called my friend, my massage therapist and she had a cx. so, she was able to pick me up and take me down there, do her clients, then pick me up.

i got thru it ok. came home and crashed. tomorrow i rest and keep my date with "LC" for dinner. i'm so thankful i went to the grocery store yesterday.

when i move to FL i won't have to worry about these things. they'll be plenty of people around to help and i won't have to compete with their jobs or families (altho i do understand) because i'll BE the family.

well, all is S & B; stable and boring. yay

i'm going to a concert tomorrow and we're supposed to get 3" of snow by morning. i hope it all melts by the afternoon. plus i can't use my scooter in the snow. and, it's going into the 30's and teens during the nite.

nothing new on the house. i'm getting in the mode to tally the yr's info for taxes. especially since i'm getting the $8000 tax credit/refund for the house.

my back pain is better. next injection next wk.
i've been reading up on rhizotomy and don't think i'm going to let him do it.
from what i've read it takes tons of PT to rehab from it and with the move i don't want to chance that.

yesterday my nightmare came true...
i took a nap and planned to shower and wash my hair before i went to the Yo Yo Ma concert.

i stepped in the shower and there was NO water. i called the office and they said give it 30 min's. i waited an hr, checked the water and all was ok. so i got in, lathered up washed my hair and had cream rinse in it. then the water started to get less and less. OMG. i managed to rinse off but instead of the water getting cold it got hotter and hotter. i HAD to get the soap off. then i barely rinsed my hair and there was NO water. i guess i was lucky to get that far. WHEN am i moving out of here? umph.

but the concert was great. Yo Yo didn't even look at music when he was playing. he was just phenomenal. it was a "late" nite but we had a good time.
val invited me to her place for dinner the first nite of Hanukah. i'm looking forward to it. saturday lenora and i are having brkfst. so all in all i'm getting out which is nice this time of yr.

Im glad you enjoyed the concert...sounds like alot of fun.

My weight is stable...coming off much slower now. Somehow I have
to get some excercise. Maybe the pt will help me get stronger and hurt
less so I can exercise, who knows....

Hi! We've been busy around here. Mom is moving in so we'll go down and get her this next week. My weight is still stable, only lost the 3-4 pounds but hey that's good considering it's the holiday season.

Sorry about the water Judy but so glad you got rinsed before it was gone completely! Maybe you should fill a jug or two of water for emergencies like this. Glad you had a good time at the concert.

Sox, I remember when Jim started pt and he hurt too. It got better over time. He's being evaluated for the Flexicisor in January by his pt. He has to prove he can use it before they will purchase it.

hi troops,
just on for a quick hello. i'm still tired from the shots today but it went better than before. not as much pain.

i thought we wouldn't be able to go but the snow they predicted for this morning fell apart. we took a back way and it wasn't too bad. my friend took me. we both had to wake up at 7:00. ewww

i'm glad i feel ok because i have appts and errands tomorrow and massage thurs. it's freezing here. it's 18 below zero with the wind chill and 5 degrees.
the rest of the wk will be very cold but no more snow.

i feel sorry for others in the midwest who are getting slammed.
i hope you guys are ok.

Im at a standstill with weight loss but if I can just maintain until Jan., I will
be satisfied.

I hope Sandy and Jim are okay as this weather is nasty. I wouldnt want
to be traveling in it.
