sox, maintaining is not small feat. you should be proud of that.
the trick is to catch it when you only put on 2-3 lbs.

we've warmed up to -2 and the 20's during the day.

guess it might have been a while since i posted. the days seem to be going so fast. i'm inching my way thru my bedroom. the last and biggest room i have to sift thru for the move. it will take me a while.

otherwise things are stable and boring. my hanukah dinner at my friend's was very nice. i got a 2010 calendar of colorado with many mountain views.

i got tons of gifts from cathy and her sisters. i was supposed to open 1 per nite but i was like a kid in a candy store. i couldn't stand it and opened everything by the 3rd nite.

i can't wait til i'm done with PT. it's getting old. and last wk it exacerbated my back pain. i'm telling them to back off tomorrow. i'm ok in the moment but afterwards i deal with the pain for days.

Hey all, still maintaining despite all the sweets being sent our way. My MIL sent some fudge but it was made with dark chocolate so that will keep me from digging in! LOL

We are all settling in here. Mom watched me snow blow today and thought it was the funniest thing she'd ever seen. It's been over 28 years since she moved to TN.

i'm glad things are leveling off sandy. you all have a great x-mas.

i was standing in my kitchen dispensing my meds for the next wk and my Lt leg, my bad one, just buckled. i would have fallen if i didn't have the kitchen counter to hold on to. it was so sudden, it was startling.

i knew my leg was so good today. the muscle has been really tight and i can feel the back of my knee clicking when i walk. so, i'm sitting and doing heat and it feels better.

tomorrow i'm in, watching the broncos beat the raiders
have a good wk/e. i hope all you east coasters have done your x-mas shopping and don't have to go out and drive. be safe everyone.

Judy, do you wear a knee brace? Jim used to have one that kept his knee straight while standing. He used to hyper-extend his knee all the time until he was given the brace. Hope your better today.

well, i'm going to be in for about 5 days.
it's in the 20's here and snowing. nothing horrible, just enuf to keep me in.
i hasn't snowed this much in recent yrs. must be a sendoff to FL.

at least it will be a white x-mas.
even PT cx'd for this wk.
