Okay Jan,
if you can make a frog kick both ways, can you help me with my appeal?

and if not with the appeal itself, with believing that it's not a lost cause?

Legally the way it was foreclosed was wrong, so that should be voided out.

Only I tried to sue two judges in that court once for not accommodating my disability...

so when I heard the judge had told someone "there is no way" I would ever get my condo back. I believed it in a bad way, like for sure they (the judges) would get their revenge.

My attitude is dragging me down.

That's why Pirates last night was so great... I hadn't realized how good that young actor is.... I forget his name.

Hey CT~
I'm no lawyer, but I absolutely LOVE a good challenge. Do you have a lawyer? I don't know how much of this you want to post, but the gals on here are some smart cookies. I know they might come up with an angle or two you could've missed, if you care to post a little. Of course if you'd rather not, that is TOTALLY understandable, but we are one big family here, and when one of us has a problem, the rest of us want to help.

I've been to your website, but that was when we first met, so I have a little insight into what's going on. I wish my memory was better, but sorry to say the Topamax doesn't let me remember stuff from even last week at times. BUT ask me useless trivia.......(Roy Rogers horse's name was Bullet--everyone's gonna need to remember THAT, aren't they?? )

But, anyway, I will try to help you all I can CT, and I know everyone else would too. Like I said, we help our family members, just like they help us when we need it.

This is all just my opinion, and again, I'm no lawyer, k?

The first thing that caught my eye was:

How was it foreclosed wrong? In the judicial system, any technicality gets things thrown out. Has this been pursued? How and what happened?

They can't let a previous court case influence this one. (They can't let you/anyone HEAR it if they do anyway.) Do you have witnesses that heard this was said? Will they testify or give a deposition?

Just a couple of my thoughts right off the bat. Let me know if I can ponder anything else for you!
Hugs,
LS

I've paid about $7000 to lawyers. It was a rather large waste of the precious little money I have. The one wrote in a pleading that I was "incompetent" which in the legal world can get someone else appointed to look after your affairs. I had this uncomfortable feeling she wanted the job. She used the $5000 retainer I paid her at the rate of $2,500 a week... with not much to show for it. She quit mid way through the hearing after the opposing lawyer said she was wrong on different points. He quoted rules, she started crying.

The lawyers seem unwilling to read the ADA, Title II or Tennessee v Lane which upholds it in regard to state courts.

I think I'm going to post my Appeal Docketing Statement.

That will take a minute.

I did ask for prayers on my Fingernail Lines page:
