Default Mibi Test

Hi all

I am going for a mibi test next week and I'm a little worried. Can you be allergic to the stuff they give you in an I.V.
Any replies are welcome

hi marymoe and welcome to NeuroTalk.

here is a link i found on the test:

http://www.centenarycardiology.com/T...tress_MIBI.htm

this was on the site:

Are there any adverse reactions to MIBI?
You may briefly notice a metallic taste for a few seconds after the injection has occurred. Other side effects are very rare.

good luck marymoe.
