Default anyone get the essure procedure?

My husband and I do not want anymore children. I do not mind using condom but my husband doesn't like it and I don't want to go on birth control. So I researched essure and it looks safe but I don't know for sure yet and my husband keeps pressuring me to get the procedure done. My doctor told me the material used (metal coil) is inert but I just want to be 100% sure. Anyone women out there get this procedure done yet? Any side effects?
