Default Menstruation and clumsiness

What the topic says!

It's gotten worse in the last 2-3 years, but on the first day of my cycle, without fail, I'm lady butterfingers for the day. Dropping everything that my hands pick up. It's ONLY the first day of my cycle!

Does anyone else experience this as well in relation to their menstrual cycles and on certain days?
