Default Sensations, Inner tremor/Menopause

Has anyone heard of abnormal neuro sensations and internal tremor being symptoms of menopause?

The truth is, I am hoping so.......would rather have it be menopause than a neurological disease!

Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks.
