Default Hi There

I get UTIs at the drop of a hat. With that in mind I daily take plenty of cranberry capsule, vit. C and drink lots of water. If I discontinue that plan, I get a major UTI within a week. Oh, I think the pro-biotics that I take for ongoing thrush is helpful with the UTIs. Often times, when I went to my primary doc with UTI symptoms, the tests revealed candidas in the bladder, not a bacterial infection. Best wishes.
