When I walk with horrible posture now, have a yucky waddle now and the most recent and humiliating, never know if I will be walking around with yuck on me? It's not all the time (four times in two months), but I just never know when it will happen.

Due to my neck issues I've been having urinary and fecal incontinence. There's no way to avoid it as I have no urge during those times and have no idea when I've gone until later.

I try to be optimistic, but jeez, with everything else this is almost too much.

I'm not vain but I used to be halfway attractive...

Sorry so depressing but this it's the way I've been feeling for about a month now.
