Default endometriosis back again

I have been fighting endo for16 years. I had 2 children but it came back with fury after each. Took lupron for about a year. Had 6 lap surgery to have lasered out and finally at age 26 a complete hyst. I wear a hormone patch .05mg but every few years it manages to come back. Between that and massive scar tissue, (2 c-sections, 9 lap, and hysterectomy) I end up having yet another surgery. Any ideas on how to stop the surgery train? Because guess what it is back again and I've been putting it off for several months now but I'm coming to my breaking point.
