Frown Does anyone have vulvar nerve pain/vulvodynia?

Sorry to give such a silly name to this thread.
I have had nerve pain in both labias for 3 months now. (started in one place, then expanded)
It started with an infection of the bartholin glands(tiny cyst which ruptured)
somehow it irritated the gland which ad previous internal scar tissue from previous surgeries (small cuts, nothing drastic).

I don't now WHY, but this started a cycle of labial pain, the nerves just irritated each other and now I have severe stabbing, vibrating, electric shock type pain!!
I am on 50 mg amitriptyline and have seen at least 30 doctors in London
(A&E, GPs, Walk in clinics, GUM clinics, you name it)
I was given the diagnosis of vulvodynia at first, but it looks more like pudendal neuralgia??
My medication is working for unprovoked pain, but when I touch the area it starts to buzz, I feel something crawling under my skin, and then I get some pain.
I feel swelling that does not exist as well, however I DO NOT HAVE BURNING PAIN.

Do you think the nerves are damaged or just irritated?
I also get horrible vibrations in my buttocks...and strange random pains.
Doctors look at me like I am crazy and they all check me for cysts, but I have none, and they are horrible, even for london they are useless

Thank you all,
and sorry if it's TMI, I'm a young girl in shock due to her symptoms.
