Hi everyone,
thank you for replying. I already mentioned I don't have burning pain. I can take a hot bath and use any king of soap.

After a lot of research, I realised I just have neuropathy, and not vulvodynia...I know all about the herbal balms like traumeel...don't need them...I need lyrica and nerve blocks....
any of you had a nerve block of the pudendal nerve ?

I suspect I have ilionguinal, genitofemoral and pudendal neuralgia after looking at some photos.
I DO NOT have vulvodynia AT ALL. I have buzzing and electric shocks, whereas vulvodynia is mostly burning, stinging, itching, stabbing pains.....

I feel for you, girls
