You could try posting over on our
Sleep Apnea & Sleep Disorders Forum

You sound as if you're trying all the "down time" tricks to get to sleep.

You did mention taking a multi-vitamin.

Taking a multi-vitamin doesn't stop one from having some type of vitamin deficiency,
but what I really wanted to mention is to make sure you're taking it early in the day
rather than at night before bed.
