Default birth control pills and b12 deficiency -anyone ?

nobody ever told me that being on bcp I can become b12 deficient. I just found out both, that bcp can "eat up " my b12 and that I'm b12 deficient. and the worst part is that when i had b12 checked for first time in my life ( for lupus ), 2 and 1/2 years ago, the rheumatologist didn't say that my level of 259 is low even if it is in the "normal" range of 211-911.

Default Not only B12..

But also B6 and possibly folate. Have you checked your homocysteine levels? They could be high, especially with low B12.
