Lightbulb 8 great suggestions for underwear and health:

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/...usaolp00000592

This is a very good article on prevention of many personal issues that can come from wearing and cleaning underwear in wrong ways.

This topic is a big one to me. After spending 3 days in the hospital (hip job) in a regulation hospital gown no underware for 3 days....when I came home I could not go back to a bra. I've thrown so many out and more to go. When I think of the years of bras and trying to find the most comfort etc...I never wore an underwire as I read the negatives on those a long time ago. Talk about Freedom.

Often on coast to coast radio, they have alternative health people and a couple weeks ago I heard the end of a women's discussion, maybe she was a naturopath, I'm not sure, but she said if one can get away with it, shed the bra. I'll never go back to one.
