Default Pessary Alternative

My neighbor is facing a Pessary insertion. She and I both know of problems from them...then there is surgery to lift the fallen bladder which she does not relish either. Any of our smart people know about alternative treatment if that exists. Thanks for any comments. C

OA onset at 18, now 79. Fibro onset at 61, Hip Replacement "mess" 72 (nerve damage, IT band damage, shorter leg). Otherwise, pretty good health.
