Default Kegel Exercise Reminder

I have a lot of older friends and I'm getting older too. And most tell me about the incontinence issue and a friend just told me about her neighbor and a doctor putting her on a drug due to this issue. The side effects to this drug are long. Had she been doing Kegel work, the drug may not be in the picture. I have another friend who is 10 yrs older than me and she's up and down all night going to the bathroom. And even during the day. SO.....one can't start this Kegel work too soon..

Start NOW and avoid what can happen down the road with this weakening muscle. It's FREE, Easy, but one has to DO IT...
