Default Kegel Exercises for Prevent Leakage

In the last year or so I've had a little leakage and mostly after sleeping at a 2-3 hr stretch.... The Kegel exercises are VERY IMPORTANT....just need to Do Them...I'm doing them right now as I type this.

Kegel exercises: A how-to guide for women - Mayo Clinic

This is a huge issue and keeps the Depends people in business....

There are many supplements one can look into and try for a couple months and see if they work for t hem...I just got my first couple bottles of Bladdex, not pricey and if they help support the bladder this is good, if not I'll try another brand down the road...in the meantime continue to do Kegel work every time I think of it.....
