I am past menopause and I have heard that the fatigue gets worse. Is this true?? I have been lax lately about exercising and any exertion, initially Really makes me feel exhausted. It takes me a while before that horrible feeling goes away then I can procede. Is this common or do I need to get back to the Y?? HELP!!!!

I have so many problems that cause fatigue that I’m not sure which one is the major contributor.
