Default PMDD, the saga continues

I have always had horrible PMS and lately (I'm 43) it has gotten alot worse. In the past two years I have had PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) so badly that I felt very much agoraphobic. This has happended about three times. I am already kind of shy and I am kind of a home body too...so maybe the PMDD is just intensifying the shy feeling. Has any one else had anything like this? It is soooo uncomfortable and I have terrible trouble focusing...any response would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Melody
