Was reading about a supplement that helps osteoporosis.

Called Strontium. Anyone try it?

i was given Fosamax last year [as i have Osteoporosis] but never taken it......reason is the doc told me i have to stand up for an hour or i will get [osteonecrosis of the jaw] or some other thing she said but i cant remember........well 1 i cant stand for an hour and 2 she scared me now 3 after reading what you have all written here i deffo aint taking them! so thanks

Well when I finally got around to calling my dr. and telling her that I had gone off Fosamax she said no way! She hadn't heard anything NEW about this drug and wants me on it because it works so well.

~sigh~ And Tinks, you just can't lie down for 30 mins. but you can sit. Also you can't eat or drink anything but water for 30 mins....that's when I get on the computer.
