Wink Can someone help?

I had a pelvic ultra sound done and here are the findings. I do not understand them and by searching the web I am in panic. I had the U S done after seeing my g/p for a blader prolaspe.

Findings were:

uterus measurments- 9x9-3x6-4x5 cm. The endometrium fundal portion demonstrates an oval 1 cm echogenic increased focus with small interspaced hypoechoic foci demostrating vascularity. No posterior cul de sac free fluid.

ovary measurement-
right- 2.1x1.9x1.3 cm
left- 2.x1.7x1.5 cm.
the ovaries are intact.

impression: Focal 1 cm. fundal portion of the endometrium hyperplasia or mass with vascularity.
Biopsy recommended

I a 67 years old, no pain or bleeding. My G/P is not real concerned about the findings but I will see a gyno on the 20th.
My gyno moved out of the area months ago. Had a normal pap in Feb.

Any help with understanding this would be appreciated.

THanks, Linda

Hi Linda,

It sounds like you may have polyps?

What did your doctor say at your last visit?
