Default Loestrin Fe birth control pill

Ladies,
I was just wondering if anyone has ever taken the birth control pill Loestrin Fe? Omg...it is making me crazy! One minute I'm happy, then sad and crying, then about to bite my hubby's head off. I have a good husband, he helps out cooking and cleaning but ever since I've been taking this pill I get upset with him at the drop of a hat. Little things that made me fall in love with him are now annoying the heck out of me! Please tell me someone else is also experiencing this same thing!!

Thanks!

Hello hydrotexan26,

Unfortunately, birth control pills can cause what you are expereincing. I would suggest getting in touch with your GYN.

Best wishes

I was having panic attacks when I was on that and I don't have them anymore since I'm off. I think some of the mood swings will happen even if you aren't on bc though. I keep track of my emotional ups and downs now with a phone app called PinkPadPro. At least then I know if my strange feelings are just because of a cycle or if they are valid. When I got back on bc again I got hyper-pigmentation on my lip so I got off again. Lol...just using a fertility calendar now.
