Default Peritoneal Cavity Endometriosis

I'd like to know if anyone out there has every experienced
Peritoneal Cavity Endometriosis
I know alot about Endometriosis, having suffered myself but wish to find some literature on just Peritoneal Cavity Endometriosis, all I can find so far is the basic how it forms why it forms etc. Cannot find any info about people who have suffered in this particualr region only.
My last laproscopy showed no edno what so ever and I have a theory (I've had many about my undiagnosed illness ) the possibility this is hiding in other areas despite pelvis being clear)

So for anyone out there who has been diagnosed with just Peritoneal Cavity Endometriosis NOT the normal pelvic Endometriosis I would love to hear from you as I have a thousand and one questions I'd love to ask

Thanks
Samantha

Sam, sorry to hear all that you are going through. While I don't have endo, I do know that endometrial tissue can travel to other parts of the body and can cause "cyclic" pain there as well. Although very rare, it has been found on the lungs and even the brain. Again, it is very rare.

Hopefully I can post this here. . . There is a website called hystersisters that has many female issues in it. One of my nursing friends told me about it after she had her hysterectomy and how helpful this site was not only because of the hysterectomy but all the other issues we women face. There are several articles and topics there. You may want to try a search and see what comes up. I personally have not been on the site but I trust her judgment.

Please check in with us and let us know how you are doing.

My theory is perhaps I have endo in the ribs/perotineal cavity. I know its rare but I think my case is unique (4 years undiagnosed)
My gut feelings push for answers I just know there is something more serious going on.

Thanks for the replies much appreciated

Samantha

Have you heard of Peritoneal Blood Painting as an aid to diagnosis, Samantha?

I've asked a few people about Peritoneal Blood Painting seems might be a new diagnostic tool or perhaps I need to find a more specialialized specialist.
