Thumbs up Hi ShirT~

Welcome to the forum. Thanks for the tip, I didn't know this. I am one of those always looking for an easy way and then I don't have any energy to stay with it. I am trying hard this time, for it is tireing me out, carrying all the weight around. It seems I don't like the best of foods to eat on a diet either. Things like fish and turkey, I dislike.

If you can help us out, please let us know. Again Thanks!

She is right about B-12 and energy. Make sure however that you take the sublingual methyl kind, much better absorption.

Every one seems to have more energy on B12 except me. My B12 levels are good and I take sublingual B12 daily. I have a peripheral neuropathy as a result of a B12 deficiency.
I have lost quite a bit of weight in the past year. So, I know this lethargy is not connected to weight. Must be my MS.
